RIGHT TO CANCEL

You may cancel this agreement without any penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the 3rd day which begins after the date the agreement is signed by you. 

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR RECURRING BILLING

Services are rendered on a month-to-month basis and clients may cancel their services at any time at least (3) three days in advance of any upcoming and recurring payment. When canceled according to these terms, the upcoming recurring payment will constitute as the final payment due for services rendered. All services are billed in arrears.

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

If you have been at EIGHTFIVE85 CONSULTING LLC for at least 180 days (6 consecutive months) and we are unable to repair/remove ANYTHING from your credit report or increase your credit score, you will receive a full refund (minus the audit/document processing fee).- You must not have used a credit consulting company agency nor attempted to repair your own credit at least 1 year prior to signing up for our services. You must have no new collections or missed payments during the time frame we are assisting you. You must maintain Credit Monitoring services at all times during the time frame we are assisting you. You have agreed to send all updated reports and responses from the 3 credit bureaus and creditors within 5 days of receipt. Updates are every 30-45 days. Please make us aware if updated reports have not been received.
